SB 110 -- REGULATION OF MATTRESSES

SPONSOR:  Gross (Ladd Baker)

COMMITTEE ACTION:  Voted "do pass by consent" by the Committee
on Children, Families and Health by a vote of 13 to 0.

This bill corrects intersectional references in statutes
pertaining to the regulation of mattresses.

FISCAL NOTE:  No impact on state funds.

PROPONENTS:  Supporters say that the main purpose of the bill is
to correct the intersectional references.

Testifying for the bill was Senator Gross.

OPPONENTS:  There was no opposition voiced to the committee.
